The artist’s purpose in life is to give shape to one’s dreams, but you will find that true artists don’t offer their services for free. That is why in this section of my journal I will give you a few short, basic facts about my work habits, fees and trade methods.

Please read the few recommendations in this journal entry before asking any questions, though if something will still remain unclear, don’t hesitate to ask via PM or e-mail.





All art is created for non-profit use only (at this time) which you cannot sell and/or

reproduce my art unless agreed upon before completion.

I have gained experience after working with a large variety of mediums and techniques, though I am

mostly specialized in drawing in the anime/manga stile, occasionally even cartoonish kind, but for

a number of reasons I will not yet do a number of things.

I Will not do:

• explicit pornography


• heavy violent scenes


• implicit or explicit racist and/or sexist scenes


• some animals (ask)

My prices are set in euros though it's not a problem to pay in dollars.
I have set my prices in such a way that they could be considred suitable for most nations, but I am

also aware of the economical problems some nations have. For that reason I am willing to negociate the final prices and payment method.

Head-shot

What you receive: A head-shot of the character instead of a full-body. This is the same as what some consider a bust.

Waist-up*

-1.50€ (Sketch), -5.00€ (CG), -10.00€ (Trad)**
What you receive: Instead of the piece being a full-body, it will be a waist-up.

* waist-up is determined by exactly as it says. Anything exposed underneath the waistline is considered full-body.


Backgrounds**

Starting 20.00€ to 100.00€ depending on the level of detail and difficulty


Flower borders**

Starting 30.00€ to 100.00€ depending on the level of detail and difficulty

From personal experience, I have learned not to pu my feight into other people's "word", therefor I shall be payed before offering you the completed work.

All art is copyrighted to me under copyright protection laws automatically upon creation of the work. I can therefore post them on deviantart and/or my personal websites with credits and/or links to your name/ homepage. Depending on your payment method, you will allow me to sell your commission in my deviantART or Zazzle store.

If you don't want your commission to appear in any of my websites, I can guaranty a strict exclusivity contract but you will have to pay an extra 25% of the original price.


Commissions with a deadline automatically have higher priority over other commissions without a deadline.

Commissions without a deadline are subject to a longer waiting period. This waiting period is not defined.

I am not the owner of some miraculous program that allpwes me to simply sit back, think and then coppy-paste the image from my head and onto my PC. There is a possibility of other products and events that require my attention distract me from completing the customer's work. It is the customer's responsibility to check up on the status of their purchased product. However often the customer chooses to do so is their choice.

When making deadlines, please allow at least one month* for the product to be completed.

I will get good quality service for my money.
I will not claim the commissioned work as my own.
I will not reproduce the commissioned work.
If any of my original characters are used, they will be credited to my creation but the

artwork to the commissioned artist.
The artist will keep this information and a digital copy or original scan/ photo of the

commissioned work as proof of completed commission and agreed contract terms. (Yes or No)

4. I will reply to you as soon as possible with a cost estimate and arrangements proposals.

5. You will have to confirm or cancel your order after I have contacted you (I shall not begin my work on it until you do so)

6. If confirmed, we will clearly settle the final price and payment method (for commissions that do not pass the price of 10.00€ the payment must be done before I start)

7. I will start your commission and if asked to, will offer several sketches and screencaps so the buyer may see the progress

8. Once the commission is done, I will show you a preview and wait for the final payment before sending you the completed picture (only for comissions that pass the price of 10.00€.
